As mentioned, you will be responsible for your account so we strongly urge you to not share account information. Similarly, no one else should be able to use your account without your permission. You should never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account.



5.1. Orders can be placed via this Website. By placing an order with us, you are i) offering to purchase product(s) based on these Terms and Conditions ii) either 18 years of age or over or supervised by someone who is 18 years of age or over, iii) representing all the information provided to us in connection with your order is true and accurate iv) representing that you are an authorised user of the payment method. v) No shows will be charged for the full amount and any bookings cancelled within a 2 hour time slot will be charged 50% of the total price.


5.2. Please take your time to review and check your order at each stage of the order process. By doing this, reduces the likelihood of potential mistakes of your order.


5.3. By clicking “Place Order” on the final section (place order section) your order is sent to us. Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the ordering process. This e-mail will contain your order number and the details of your purchase. A legally binding agreement has now been concluded for the sale and purchase of the products.



We hope that there will be no typographical errors or inaccuracies, but these may occur. Therefore we reserve the right to update any information we seem fit without any prior notice. These errors may relate to product information and description, pricing and availability. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate any orders involving these inaccuracies.



Once you have reviewed a product, select which one you want, click on the product so you can “ADD TO BASKET.”

When you “GO TO CHECKOUT,” you will be asked your Personal Information (email, name, password, billing address and mailing address).

Once you have confirmed “PLACE ORDER,” we will process everything. If you want to change your order, please email us at within one hour of placing your order to enable us to fulfill your request.

As mentioned, we will ask for your mailing address and so we require: your name, address, and telephone number to send you your Wicker Wings purchase. See delivery section in FAQs for more details on shipping costs.



8.1. We work pretty quickly, and look to dispatch your product straight away. If you made a mistake on your order and would either like to change it or request a refund, you will have to email us at, and from there we will be able form some sort of solution.


8.2. If we have already despatched your goods, and so unable to make the requested change or cancellation, please see our returns section in our FAQs. For most items we are unable to accept refunds due to health and safety.



9.1. The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.



All of the content that appears on the Services, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the website, Services, and other materials, are the exclusive property of The Fresh Face Company.

13.1. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will apply to any Contract formed through our site where you are a consumer. These regulations entitle consumers to cancel an order during the period set out in the clause 13.2 below.

13.3. If we you would like to refund an item please contact us directly at in order to resolve any issues. For skincare and skin tools on our website we are unable to refund any of these items due to health and safety. However, if your item is damaged or faulty please contact us on the above email. If the refund is accepted in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation and we are able to process it, as described above.



By use of this site, you agree to indemnify and hold The Fresh Face Company (and all affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents) harmless from any liabilities, expenses, claims and damages as a result of your use or misuse of the service.
